Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of americanportablefreezer.com (the “Site”), operated by American Portable Freezer LLC (“APF”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

What we do

APF rents refrigerated trailers to customers in Indiana and, case by case, in bordering states. Rentals are booked online: you pick dates and a trailer from the calendar, enter your delivery address, and pay at checkout. Prices and availability shown on the calendar are the prices and availability at that moment, and they can change before you complete a booking.

The rental itself

The relationship between you and APF during a rental (what you’re renting, what you’re responsible for, how cancellations and refunds work, what happens if the equipment is damaged, and so on) is governed by the separate Rental Agreement, which you confirm at checkout. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the Rental Agreement in the context of an actual rental, the Rental Agreement controls.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you complete a booking, your card is charged in full and Stripe saves your payment method on a customer record so APF can, under the terms of the Rental Agreement, charge it for documented damage, excessive cleaning, extensions, or late returns. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the Rental Agreement.

SMS & text messages

By giving us your phone number at booking or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from APF about your rental: confirmations, delivery and pickup coordination, extension requests, and receipts.

• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email info@americanportablefreezer.com.
• Message frequency depends on your rental. We do not send recurring marketing texts.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consenting to SMS is not a condition of renting from APF.

Site content

Text, images, logos, and design on this Site are the property of APF or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but please don’t reproduce or republish the content without our written permission.

Site availability & liability

The Site is provided “as is.” We aim to keep booking, pricing, and availability accurate, but we don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site itself. Liability connected to an actual rental is governed by the Rental Agreement, which sets its own cap.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising out of your use of the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
