Steps 1 and 2 are you, on the calendar, in a few minutes. Steps 3 and 4 are us, at your address.

Pick your dates
The booking calendar shows exactly what's available and what each day costs. Pick the trailer size you need. The same unit can run refrigerated or frozen. Delivery fees calculate from your address as you type.

Confirm and pay
Enter contact info, delivery address, and a card. We charge at checkout. You'll get a confirmation email with a link to manage or cancel.

We deliver, you load
We drop the trailer at a flat, level spot at your address on the start date. You load it and run it at the temperature you need. We'll cover the shut-off if you need to unplug and move it.

You use it, we pick up
Run the trailer for your event or your project. Extensions are handled manually, no penalty. We charge the difference to the card on file. Pickup on your end date is included in the delivery fee.

Before we arrive

Venues and restaurants know the drill. Homeowners usually don’t. Here’s the short version.

A flat, level spot
The trailer needs to sit level for the refrigeration unit to drain properly. Concrete, asphalt, or packed gravel all work.
Truck access
We drop off with a pickup truck and trailer. Plan for a path wide enough for a truck and trailer to maneuver. Driveways, back lots, and most yards work.
Power
A standard household outlet within reach of the trailer. No dryer hookup, no RV pedestal, no special electrical work. If you're not sure what's available, ask before booking and we'll help you figure it out.
Door clearance
The rear doors need room to swing open without hitting walls or fences. Plan for roughly 12 feet of clearance behind the trailer.
