No. The full amount is charged at checkout: rental, delivery, taxes. You'll see the full total before you pay.

Cancel 7 or more days before the rental starts for a full refund. Cancel 2 to 6 days before for 50%. Inside 48 hours, there is no refund. If you cancel within 1 hour of booking, you get a full refund either way. The booking-management link is in your confirmation email.

Send the request before your end date. If the trailer is open, the rental can be extended and the difference charged to the card on file. No penalty.

Not through online checkout. Institutional or municipal customers that need a PO process can request one; those are handled one at a time.

Both. Every trailer holds refrigerated or frozen temperatures, and you set the thermostat for what you're storing. One trailer handles ice cream, frozen inventory, produce, beverages, proteins, and prepared food. You don't need a different trailer for each.

Freezer range and cooler range. The unit controls work like a thermostat. If you have a specific regulatory range for medical, pharma, or competition use, send the required range in advance so calibration can be verified.

Trailer specs show on the booking page after you pick dates. If the listed options don't fit the job, send the storage volume and timing before you book.

Yes. Every trailer has interior lighting wired to the main unit.

Yes. Aluminum floor, full-height rear door, ramp available on request for ground-level loading.

APF delivers the trailer to a flat, level spot at your address on your start date. You load it and run it at the temperature you need. Pickup at your end date is included in the delivery fee.

Anywhere in Indiana can book online. Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Illinois are case-by-case; send the dates and delivery address for haul pricing. Farther out is unlikely, but long rentals are worth asking about.

The calendar shows real availability, usually a few days out. Same-day and next-day requests need a direct availability check before you plan around them.

A standard household outlet within reach of the trailer. No dryer outlet, no RV pedestal, no special electrical work. If the venue setup is unclear, send the site details before booking.

Yes, but you or the venue contact needs to confirm access, power source, and parking. Locked gates at 7am on a Saturday slow everything down.

Tiered daily rate. Same rate whether you run it as a freezer or a cooler. The per-day cost steps down at longer rental lengths; the calendar shows the current rate for your dates.

Local delivery is included within 10 miles of Noblesville. Farther Indiana addresses get one delivery and pickup fee calculated from the address. The exact amount shows on the calendar before checkout.

No. The total at checkout includes everything: rental, delivery, and tax. No cleaning fees, no fuel surcharge, no insurance upcharge.

No up-front deposit. If the trailer comes back damaged beyond normal wear, repair costs are charged to the card on file with an itemized invoice.

Send the restaurant address, what's broken, and when you need cold storage. You'll get available inventory and realistic arrival timing. For true same-day emergencies, send the details directly instead of starting with the booking form.

Case by case. Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Illinois are common. Longer hauls need to justify the trip. A one-day rental 5 hours away usually doesn't; a two-week rental often does.

Yes. Larger events sometimes need two or three trailers. Book each one separately on the calendar, or send the delivery plan first if everything needs to arrive together.
