American Portable Freezer is a refrigerated trailer rental based in Noblesville, Indiana. We rent trailers by the day, week, and month for weddings, caterers, restaurants, festivals, and anyone else who needs cold or frozen storage somewhere it doesn’t normally live.
Why self-serve
Refrigerated trailer rental built to book without a phone call.
Most refrigerated-trailer rentals still start with a voicemail, a callback, a date conversation, and an emailed quote the next day. We built a calendar that shows real availability and nearby delivery pricing before checkout. Longer hauls still get priced from the dates and address before APF commits.
Where we deliver
Near Noblesville, you can book on the calendar. Farther Indiana jobs plus Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Illinois are case by case. Send the dates and address and we'll price the haul.
How we price
No minimum rental. A 1-day rental costs more per day than a 7-day, which costs more per day than a 30-day. Delivery is included within 10 miles of Noblesville; nearby addresses show delivery and pickup before you pay.
What we don't do
We don't do surprise fees. We don't require a site visit or a walkthrough to book a trailer. We don't call you back 'next week' about availability. If we can't help with a request, we say so and move on.
